Yes, I have read news about it recently. I must admit that I probably misjudged them, though we need to wait until they ship consoles to the end users. In my understanding, developer versions constitute a little fraction of all units they received money for. If they manage to deliver everything they promised, I will be really impressed and probably change my attitude towards similar startups.
REALLY a GOOD scam as they even paid thousands of developers claiming they got their console... :)
